Documentation about Coderetreat

Hi everyone!

  My name is Arthur and I'm from Brasília, Brasil!

  I decided last Friday that I will host the GDCR this year so I'm running behind to find a local and a sponsorship.  

  I want to send some e-mails to some companies that I have in mind to running the coderetreat but I need a document to introduce what is the Coderetreat, your goals, etc.
  Is there any existing document like that? Or Do I need to create one?
